Since Ward is gradually moving up to 175, that match up might be really interesting. Ward is really technical and can counter, but Pascal fight in a way which is difficult to counter since he exploses at unexpected times which is the way to deal with good counter puncher.

It would be a good way for Ward to legitimatly integrate LHW, befor facing bigger opposition (Kovalev) while fighting against a mesuring stick.

Plus, both guys fight on HBO.

Nah. It's not a terrible fight and if Ward can't get a big name I'd take it but B-Hop put the blueprint out there for Ward already. Ward can counter in spots but mostly he'll just dog Pascal out on the inside.

Pascal is getting gifts for being beat up by bigger stars nowadays. He is the Canadian Brandon Rios/ Robert Guerrero.

Well since he beat Bute and yes beat Gonzalez who isn't a bigger star I think this is a good fight and no he's not Brandon Rios.:-(

I think it would be an interesting fight, and a good lhw test for Ward. Good call.

There ain't no need for tests like that

If Ward can comfortably make 175, bring Kovalev on.

    What?

The dude is so predictable. I want him to fight Kovalev as soon as he can make the weight.

Scared of Pascal.... but not scared of Kovalev? :think

At least Ward is somewhat expected to lose to the Krusher and if he loses to the guy who schooled BHop and stopped Pascal there's no harm in that, Kovalev is legit P4P, but if he loses to Jean, Ward would look like a real loser wouldn't he.:hey

No time waste on Jean. :deal

Let's get it going fast before both guys lose their primes :nod

Ward can take that match as a warm up, Ward and Krusher won't lose their prime in the next year....don't worry.:p

You must mean an interesting beating.

Ward would beat ten shades of sh!t outta Pascal.

Not a competitive fight at all.

Pascal did (almost) shot out a not drained Dawson, while he was considered p4p. Pascal made Dawson look slow and he would be the faster guy Ward ever faced.

Pascal would also test Ward shaky chin.
