    Then **** him if he decided that one of the first things he must make clear to everyone after winning this tourney is that he won't face Bute. He could at least have waited a little longer.

    Absolute nonsense.I cant believe fans on here actually say they think Bute should fight others and beat them to deserve a Ward fight lol.Aint you boxing fans? You should want to see Ward Vs Bute.Very strange that some people dont want it next.Must be worried Ward fans.

    True that. Some of the **** people come out with on here is just nuts.

    Look at every other champion's CV from this year and there's not many opponents as top as Bute on there.

    He's the number 2 in the division yet needs to earn a shot!? Ward will fight the 6th or 7th ranked contender because the no.2 doesn't deserve it?

    Insane nuthuggery to defend that.

    Exactly this is a non-sense , the only one apart Bute who could diserve a fight with Ward could be Andre Direll but everybody know this fight won't happen!

    The window of opportunity to gather all 4 belts isn't huge, Dre.

    Andrade vs George got canceled/delayed last night. More mando-free time for Bute. :D

    Can't believe he wants a guy like Dirrell or Froch (Kessler going after Stieglitz in April, right?) to scout Bute this spring while he spars with WBC mando Anthony The Dog Dirrell in front of a live audience.

    ...is THAT the reason a top 4 guy can't have a shot at #1? Why is taking on a low top 10 better?

    Ward is ducking or setting the pace for negotiations. To a real champ a Lucian Bute fight would be the opportunity to be undisputed champion.

    Ward just won the ****ing super 6. People are gunning for him, he doesn't need anyone right now.


    BTW i don't see Bute handling that inside pressure too well. He will be banking on that uppercut but it's too 1-dimensional. Apart from that he has nothing on Ward

    All his eggs in 1 basket and IMO Ward is too smart to get caught by it
