    All of a sudden Ward sells now yeah!? Get outta here, there would be little to no interest in this in addition to what Canelo already brings, outside of oakland of course.

    The point is so simple boy.... due to at present there's nobody who can beat Canelo so Ward can be the guy who gets to job done. See it?

    Oh yeah right. Let’s get Canelo to fight a 38 year old 4 and a half years retired Andre Ward. Just so we can say Canelo is the greatest when he wins..

    Canelo has already been beaten and has had disputed fights people felt he lost. So it’s a stretch to say he cannot be beaten at present. I am sure Jermall Charlo, David Benaivides,CEJ, Andrade and the Light heavyweights will want to put that theory to test.

    I liken wards mentally to Lewis's. Both were savvy enough to get out at just the right time.

    There's no fan base for Ward to make this a worthwhile come back. Even boxing fans begrudgingly admit that Ward was pretty good, but no one was ever really a fan of Ward. He probably has more fans as an announcer than as a fighter. I don't know maybe in his hometown he has fans, and that's why he never left his backyard for a fight?
    Anyhow, I think Canelo would beat him.
