Well if Roc-Nation don't get things together, he will have thoroughly fcuked himself by signing for them.

    Hopefully they do.

When I was a Mongoose, I told you clowns Ward was going to be stripped by his Ring belt.

Lineal Champion means nothing if don't conduct yourself as a Champion.

The Kessler fight may also be a problem as I read that it could be in Denmark and I am not sure Ward would want to travel due to how he had so many S6 fights at home.

Unless Ward is willing to fight the winner of KOvalev/Pascal,
which i'm 99% sure will be KOvalev, then his career is over.
Nobody wants to see Ward/Chavez Jr anymore. It's been exposed
as a BS fight to the casuals, so their not interested. Hardcores
never were. Ward's best days are behind him, and he's a sh-t
    fighter anyway. Good riddance.

He's currently in training but no opponent named as of yet

Reasons for stripping my question is was Floyd ever a ring champ and was he ever stripped for his inactivity ?

Championship vacancies can be filled in the following two ways:

THE RING’s Nos. 1 and 2 contenders fight one another.
If the Nos. 1 and 2 contenders chose not to fight one another and either of them fights No. 3, No. 4 or No. 5, the winner may be awarded THE RING belt if the Editorial Board deems the contenders worthy. Here are the seven situations in which a champion can lose his belt:
The Champion loses a fight in the weight class in which he is champion.
The Champion moves to another weight class.
The Champion does not schedule a fight in any weight class for 18 months.
The Champion does not schedule a fight at his championship weight for 18 months (even if he fights at another weight).
The Champion does not schedule a fight with a Top-5 contender from any weight class for two years.
    The Champion retires.
The Champion tests positive for a banned substance.

Jesus Andre The ROAD WARRIOR Ward.:lol:

Maybe if Froch fought Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam in London he should say its on neutral turf then. Bacause thats just as near to France as it is to Nottingham.

Yes, he was stripped of the welterweight title in 2007.

But from that rule he will be stripped of the 154 belt next month

It's sad Ward had an obvious road laid out for him. After the S6 he had to just fight Bute and defend his titles or move up and instead he shat all over his career....
