They are just helping to build up the Kovalev fight. They wouldn't even let Ward on HBO his first fight back. But, when he signed that three fight deal they said..."my man, welcome home."

No one was booing Ward at Oracle Arena...in the last fight either. Now Kovalev, that's a different story. But, he is the "villian" of course. So, it shows that Ward fans are aware of the upcoming match up. To viewers on TV, who were listening to the HBO commentators go on and on about him getting the KO, it may have seemed like he stunk it out.

People should be glad he looked dominant and didn't sustain any major injuries. And at least when you put both guys in the ring at the end, neither expressed any reservations about making the fight in November. Boxing needs more guys who are willing to fight the best. Tough fight to bet on too. 50/50. Great match up. I can't wait.
