    No he didnt:patsch

He stepped up and fought the #1 rated lhw at the time in Bernard Hopkins. Who gives a **** if he was forty something. What fight at SMW was better than that? Pavlik the MW?:lol::lol:

He unified against Kessler and then stepped up, he didnt defend an 'unwanted title' dumbass:lol::lol::lol:

    ydksab.

Their only call to greatness is actually beating each other at some form or another. That is a tournament of B to C class fighters. I just never get the hype that they are so skilled. Kessler lost to a past prime Calzaghe already. Abraham lost to a past his prime Taylor, Froch- what do I need to say? Direll - I never knew ward fought him?

Some of Those guys are at the level Jeff lacy was when Calzaghe fought him. Unproven!!!!

How about this- Omar soto, Miranda, segura, romero

Those are more proven than any of those super 6.

To be fair, people hate Calzaghe because he embarrassed RJJ and beat Hopkins. Two American boxing icons. That and he's white which also causes more problems since many white people hug his nuts regarding slickness.

defending only one (the smallest, wbo) title for a decade and then unifying in your last fight then moving on is easier, IMHO, than unifying and defending multiple titles for years. Do you really think the opposite is the case? ok, welcome to your opinion. Obviously you know something others dont.

obviosly I dont know ****' In your opinion' but in opinion of the many yes defending multiple titles is harder than defending one.and defending against a prime who fights the full 12 rounds is in my opinion harder thna defending against a grandad with lungs to match you for only 6 rounds. definitely and without a doubt.

Ward is just that good. He is the present. Calzaghe is the past. Ward will easily have a better esume when its all said and done.

Calzaghe's win over Hopkins is still the best win between them, but Ward will have the better overall resume, no doubt.
