I have to assume from Flasher's post that this has been misinterpreted as some sort of sleight on Bute.
Quite the reverse.I was acknowledging that he is trying very hard to improve his legacy before it's too late before adding that I hope he is taking into consideration the feelings and hopes of his VERY loyal fans.
I know sometimes things can get lost in translation so I hope this clears it up.:good

I think he can keep going for a few more years. He hasn't been in many wars, and is always in shape. He still has the option to move up a weight class without losing all that much. I'd say, relatively, in boxing terms, he is a young 32.

This is boxing, these are boxing negotiations. There is no absolution. There are a ton of reasons why a fight might not get made at a specific point. It almost always has to do with money.
