I think if Ward pushed for it, he could get Stevenson. There's actually more to gain from getting that lineal title from Stevenson. Then the Kovalev fight would be even bigger. That would be basically cleaning out LHW. It does not matter if he fights Beterbiev right now, IMO. He's a killer on the rise. But, he hasn't done anything yet. If he does, it should be before Kovalev or Stevenson.

Are u sure ward can even make 168 anymore? He started his career at 168 and fighters always move up in weight eventually because as u get older it bones get more dense and it gets hard to keep making that weight. His last fight was at 172...maybe he just realised he can't make 168 anymore or that he would have to drain himself too much to do it

Why can't he fight somebody else before fighting Ward to see how he does at the weight? I don't see Ward fighting Kovalev in his first legit fight at 175 even though he said he'd fight THE BEST from 168-175. So if you're going to hold GGG's words against him, you have to do the same to Ward.

Why not go straight for Kovalev. After all, you wanted GGG to go straight to Ward at 168 and get nasty if he doesnt do it straight away.

Why would you defend Ward, who you claim (perhaps rightly) is better than GGG moseying around and not just going straight for Krusher?

Andre Ward is ready to beat everyone in the 175lb division.

He'll beat them all, and we will know him as an ATG.

I imagine some dude like Campillo, Jean Pascal and then a big name like Kov/Beter/Pimp will fight him.

I know who u meant.I'm saying maybe Ward can't even make 168 hence why he is moving up and his last fight was at 172. Is GGG supposed to go all the way up to 170-175 to fight him? And for less money than he would staying at MW

thats why ggg ward shouldve been at 168

but bumlovkin disgracefully demanded a 164 catchweight that was impossible for ward.
triple duck ducked ward, instead is fightin a rubio leftover

Great move for Ward no one wanted any parts of him and unlike GGG he's going to test himself against bigger men. I hope we get to see Kovalev-Ward some time next year.
