    I'm British.

    I cannot think of any European or Asian or African (etcetera) officials who are as good as Smoger, so I'm fine with this choice. He's one of the most consistently good officials in the sport.

    TBH, there is a massive spotlight on the officials and the ref tonight, I think it might even work in frochs favour.
    I would not be at all suprised if this ended up as a draw.

    It does appear that more and more is coming to light, what with Kessler commenting on the terrible pre fight treatment he recieved also.
    Interesting how Ward has been given so many advantages

    And would you accept that argument if German fans claimed a German ref was 'probably the best'.. in a fight in Germany between an American and a German?

    it wouldnt bother me if the ref has never showed signs of being unfar. Smoger has never had that happen to him so I dont know why people are using that as an early excuse.

    Lol I dont care if you believe me or not but Smoger has always been professional and has let the fighters decide it. I dont knwo what else you could ask for.

    Ward is lucky. He is getting haters even if he is such a nice and humble guy.
    He doesn't sell much but as he keeps winning and making more haters. Good for him.
