After seeing Ward beat the limited Froch the way he did last night, it leaves me no doubt at all that Calzaghe would totally dominate and easily beat Ward, no probs.
Ward has only beaten previously exposed fighters, remember that, and Froch had been exposed terribly in the run up, with being behind on points against Taylor, SD against Dirrell and MD against Johnson etc.
Ward hasnt fought anywhere near the level of Calzaghe, and doesnt have any wins as good as Calzaghe had like against Eubank, undefeated Kessler, Mitchell, Lacy, Reid etc. Froch is around the level of Woodhall.

    Calzaghe clearly beats Ward. Clearly

    Lol @ being "too smart".

Joe could adapt to ANY and EVERY style out there.

Joe via SD. As it's been already said.

Calzaghe would slap Ward silly, his clinches wouldn't work in this fight. Andre would be eating leather on the inside all night long. LOL.....

Calfaggi doesnt fight slick black american fighters in their prime. He waited until Jones and Hopkins were literally in their 40s, yes again LITERALLY IN THEIR ****ING FORTIES until he would fight them. And he GOT KNOCKED DOWN TWICE by forty+ year old slick african american fighters. He would NEVER fight one in his prime. Gift win over ancient Hopkins. Hopkins had to have mummy experts from Egypt flown in for that fight to do his hand wraps because his hands were decaying due to age.

I really want Smokin Joe to come back and put on a legendary night. 40 years old, 4 years out of the game.

This, and I'd still pick him over any current SMW if he's retained his stamina.

I think Joe's speed ,workrate, angles, and endless stamina would give Ward to many problems.
