I personally think Ward will successfully close the distance, muscle and rough up Dirrell with brilliant infighting and stop Dirrell in the later rounds.:good What say you my fellow forum brothers?
Not to hate on the guy but whats Dirrel done in the last 2 years to make anybody think he deserves a big fight let alone win one Ward is basically out of opponents at 168 unless Bute can beat Froch in the rematch or Chavez beats Martinez and moves up
not voting as the second fighter is absolutely dirrellivant to our beloved sport although the medical world are amazed by him
Ward wins by being the only guy who turns up for the fight. Dirrell wouldn't make it through training.
This would be a tough fight, honestly. Direll has good athleticism and skill, hopefully he has matured with his style since he has been working with the mayweathers. His brother is a good fighter too. They are the only real challenges.
Talent wise Dirrell isnt much worse than Ward but mental game is all Ward, he will always find a way to win while with Dirrell you never know what will happen.
