    This match up is so good that I can't root against either man !Im just going to sit back with a cigar and drink in hand and enjoy this one ..

    Muscles don't mean anything actually, it's the nervous system, coordination and tendon recoil determining the power.

    first time I have ever seen Froch win a stare down, normally he looks nervous but when Ward started talking Froch went off and made Ward look away.

    I'd be very surprised if Froch struggled to make weight. He claims to be on the weight pretty much all year round.

    He maybe/probably was sleeping prior to the weigh-in 'cause after a good nap you can lose up to 1 to 2 kg's I believe.

    Both guys look in great shape; they both have quite odd looking bodies though.

    Really looking forward to this fight.

    But then you lose power and sometimes speed. His style doesn't suit the lower weights. He was never technical and was more of a brawler with speed.

    If he were a slick boxer then going down in weight makes as much sense as going up but if you're a brawler the lower in weight the faster and more technical/slick they get.

    Not for boxers. They have perfect bodies for boxing.

    I bet on boxing and in an invite-only forum there is a rumor.

    I wont say too much, but if that rumor is true, Froch team would do well to check the gloves and wrapping of Ward before the fight.
