Chico-Corrales 1. Superior skill level and a much more dramatic ending.

I think both were great fights but the choice is easy. Castillo Corrales for me. Superior skill with an equal level of brutality and one of the most dramatic endings I have ever seen.

This is clearly the thread starter again. The account is made today and backs up your initial claim? Get the **** out of here if you're going to be an idiot.

Haha, I was thinking the same.

Anyway, Castillo-Corrales for the reasons put forth above.

    I agree 100%

Ward v Gatti was entertaining for sure, but so is any bar-room brawl with a couple talentless bums.

Corrales v. Castillo had it all. the drama, the in-fighting, the names, talent, and just the fact that Corrales fougth Castillos fight was just unreal. An instant classic.

As good as the Chico/Castillo fight was - the Gatti/Ward fight was 12 rounds of brutal back and forth ass whoopins.

Chico/Castillo was as good as it was - due to Chico coming back and winning the fight by stoppage. But 12 rounds of Gatti/Ward 1 - was serious.

Well, 10 rounds, but yes Gatti/Ward 1 for me too. It was just pure intensity and action.

Gatti and Ward was a great fight, but Corrales and Castillo were two talented fighters who slugged with precision and skill far beyond what Ward and Gatti did. Most boxing expertts from Bert Sugar to Emanuel Stewart claimed it may have been the greatest fight of all time and that's enough for me.

Castillo vs Corrales. If you pitted both these fighters against either Ward or Gatti, you wouldn't get a brutal fight. You would get Corrales or Castillo brutally stopping the limited but game Ward and Gatti.
