I mean who can challenge Ward right now, who has a name perhaps a title or the degree to be able to call him out.

When we have a winner next week, I think a fight in middle weight for the Ring, WBC, Diamond, Linear and all that would be interesting. Can Ward go down to 160? Would he go down to 160? Does it make sense, to have one fight with the ruler of the weight class and go back to his natural weight or even move further to Light heavyweight then? Golovkin anyone?

At super middle, he could fight Bute if and only if Bute can take revenge against Froch.
If Degale won a title on paper the two Olympic Champs would match up nicely.
Andre Dirrel perhaps, but whatever he is doing with his career is a mistery...
All the other "champs" or names like -Rodriguez, Oostuizen, Groves, Pavlik (maybe if he beats the Abraham-Sturm winner, I would love to see that = best of the previous era's champs)- would they step up to the plate...?

Lightheavy: What, Cloud? Pascal? Shumenov? Clevery, now that might happen if Clev can surpass Bellew again. Money fight with a Brit, z nize. Anyone else?

Hopkins would be intriguing. Not because I think he can beat Ward, I just want to see that boxing chess match. It would be beautiful!

Ward would destroy Hopkins. Get real. Hopkins even knows this. And i don't mean destroy as in tko/ko but just making him work every round where his age will completely show and he'll have to fake an injury or quit on his stool.

A catchweight with Chavez/Sergio would be a pretty big fight. Definitely ppv worthy.

Hopkins has said he'll never fight Ward, Top Rank will never let Chavez fight him, and Martinez isn't moving up in weight.

Hopkins is a shot fighter only a few months away from 48. No interest in this fight - Ward would win every round. He's looked like a shell in his last five fights.

Hopkins at crusier and then retire. I don't want him to fight again, but you know he will...

Hopkins is finished at this point he's probably only got enough left to beat a Cleverly or a Shumenov at this stage.

Martinez won't move up to SMW. And a catchweight with Ward? Ward didn't want a catchweight with Dawson, Dawson had to move down. Why not Ward move down instead?

I highly doubt Sergio fights Ward, and I'm pretty sure Lou Dibella will try make sure it doesn't happen either.

Hopkins would give Ward all he can handle and more but B'Nard having said no to that fight b4, it only happens if Ward moves up to 175. Folks, if you don't want to watch it, turn on to the Klits and the Voids, there are guys in da house who want to see it. The Martines Chavez Jr winner is going to be Martinez so let's stop fooling ourselves and Martinez doesn't come up two weight classes north of the borderline... He himself said that he wanted Canelo more than anyone and Chavez Jr going up there having lost the Martinez fight is...Not very interesting to say the least.
