That appears to be Ward's plan. The referee is there to protect Ward from getting knocked out. The judges to give him a decision. All of them from Wards home.

116-112 Ward. Excellent fight with great action and ward taking it in the final rounds

"Our company (Goossen Tutor Promotions) has nothing to do with picking officials. Whoever the WBA and the commission appoint is what we go with...The only man I want to see walking out of the ring is the real champion without any sort of interference."

Hell no. At worst, no title on the line. There's still a good chance it all gets resolved...probably within 12 hours from now.

Ward's a all around solid boxer I think he's better than Kessler in that regard and I doubt Kessler will knock Ward out. It's also in Ward's home town and he only has to stay conscious to win (people may argue with that but the fight will be fairly close Kessler wont dominately beat Ward and if a fight is close in the other fighters backyard It's not close on the scorecards) having said that I do think Ward will legitemely outbox Kessler.

Ward is capable of outboxing Kessler a la Calzaghe but I don't think that he will. I'm taking Kessler because of the experience difference. Not sure if by points or KO/TKO. Could see either.

I will not be stunned, though, if Ward is able to pull out a UD. But I think Kessler will win.

Ward has very good boxing skills, but he has a china chin.

I could see Ward breaking down mentally before physically. Kessler's seen that kind of speed before with Mundine, and with nothing behind the punches he's undeterred in his attack.

Ward get's stopped in the 11th.

Can someone here tell me that Kessler is fit for fight, that is, no back injury and no hand injury? Then I can tell you in return that Ward is going to get knocked the f... out.

Going for a Kessler KO/TKO somewhere from rd8 onwards.

For me Kesslers direct approach is going to win him this one.

Ward UD, something like 8-4 or 9-3 on the cards.
