why don't you compare chins when you compare power? I think Kessler is hungry, focused and is really motivated finally getting the opportunity to fight the best again. Exciting fight that Kessler takes by Mid-late TKO

I got Ward by SD. Much busier, can switch up to southpaw, faster, better movement. Kessler will look like a Robot in comparison.

I would be surprised if Kessler couldn't knock Ward out.

    50/50.

I'm undecided. I voted Kessler, but thinking about the fightt being in Ward's hometown, I think I'll would go with Ward if I could vote again.

    Yep.

Kessler ought to win based on the huge experience advantage he holds over the green Andre Ward, but you never know.

Im going Ward here. People keep screaming Kessler but he hasnt beat anybody either. His best win was against Mundine. Kessler has not beaten anyone elite either and when he faced an elite fighter he was beaten soundly.

I understand that Ward is also unproven aswell but i think it is 50/50 and i like Ward.

I like Ward-his local-but I think Kessler's experiences proves the deciding factor. Regardless can't wait to see it in Oracle arena.

kesslers first right will put ward down. recall kessler beat a much better boxer than ward in mundine, in OZ. homecourt won't save ward.

Ward rides the energy of a RAUCOUS pro-american crowd and dances around Kessler. Kessler proves to be too slow as Ward fights to a close but decisive UD victory.

It's not just that, Ward has never been tested at all. We don't know how well he does when he's pressured, we don't know how well he does if he's constantly getting hit. Granted he does have a lot of skills, but he has shown vulnerabilities that boxers like Kessler and even Taylor could take advantage of.

Experience is good, but it will not overcome a better boxer.

If it did then Eubank would have beaten Calzaghe, Tyson would have beaten Lennox, and so on..

Experience is good and may help, but home town advantage weighs more and neither will overcome skill. If one is better than the other one, the better one wins. Simple as that.

I think that skill wise Kessler and Ward are quite close, but Kessler's experience with boxing big fights will help him, Ward's hometown advantage will help him. In the end I believe the best fighter will win if the judges and the ref are fair.

Kesslers jab will give Ward hell, he'll wear him down to a late KO i reckon. Ward will give Kessler a few problems though.
