Ward vs. Kovalev likely for the near future?

    Ward said he wouldn't go to Nottingham. And I want to see where Ward ever asked for $83MM USD. I never heard of that. The rematch never even got to the negotiating stage. If you can show some proof of unreasonable demands by Ward than I'd like to see it.

    Again, Ward already beat Froch and Froch wasn't interested in fighting him again. It would have been a nice fight for Ward, but no way was he going to bend over backwards to appease some guy he already beat. Froch always has that loss to Ward on his record, and he never made a serious effort to avenge that loss. I never heard of a guy getting criticized for not bending over backwards to get a rematch against a guy he already beat clearly.

    The second link is bunk. There's no quotes or anything. And The Sun is a tabloid site. In the first link, he says he's willing to fight Froch anywhere except Nottingham and that Wembley is his top choice. What is the problem with that?

    Ward is a boring fighter. People don't want to watch him. That's why he has no right to demand anything. It's about the fans.

    If he wants to become more popular he should start marketing his 0. Start trying to appeal to his Irish and African American ethnicity. Develop a personality.

    But acting A side when nobody gives a **** about your fights is stupid.
