Ward will fight like wlad against Froch

    This will be a UD win for ward he will potshot Froch from the outside and soon as Froch gets close he will grab.So it's going to be jab jab occasional right hand then grab to stop any counters.Fights going to be a total letdown as far as a spectacle goes.Will be a carbon copy of Dirrell vs Froch but with even more holding and spoiling from Ward zzzzzzz.

    I am ****ing pissed off with this new trend of holding to spoil opponents work all the time being considered skilful.

    Wlad didnt potshot..
    He controlled the fight with the jab as he always does..
    I think Ward will circle around Froch, slip his jab then go to the inside (Froch isnt comfortable with that) and counter with shots to the chin.. Froch will try to retreat away from in-fighting, but Ward will simply be too fast and nail him with 1-2's before he his able to get out..
    Froch will then try to force the fight, since he knows that he cant outbox Ward who constantly ducks low and gets on the inside..
    So he would try to change the fight with his power shots, but will find himself missing and get countered to a lop sided UD

    Its weird I couldnt stand the way guys like wlad and ward fight, I considered it the catenaccio of boxing but recently I start to mind it less and like the effectiveness more.
    Ward should do what gets him the win, I will be rooting for froch though since I think he is more awesome and gutsy, I feel he deserves it more.

    Thats pretty much the opposite of how I see it. Ward will pot shot from the outside/ work his way on the inside and IMO control the fight for a UD, not control the fight with the jab, as Froch has the better jab. So yeah, nothing like Wlad.

    Yeah, and what Ward fight has lead you to this conclusion? The mauling of Green? The ass whooping he gave Kessler? The brawl with Bika? Him stopping and turning back the tide of Abraham?

    But Froch is no Haye or any other Wlad opponent.

    Froch has a well conditioned pinky toe.

    Ward is not the same fighter Wald is. Ward has speed and combos, Wald is just big and the HW's are garbage so he can win.

    Its probably the fight i'm most looking forward too . To be honest i cant see how Ward can beat Froch. He's not a boxing genius he holds he mauls he leads with his head . He beat Kessler in his home town on cuts of questionable origin. He beat the mighty Green ok . He beat Abraham who has been thoroughly shown up .
    Froch beat Dirrell in a **** fight which was a **** fight based on the fact that Direll took a knee anytime Froch looked at him . Froch then went too Dennmark and lost a brilliant fight against Kessler in front of Kesslers home crowd in a fight that could of gone either way . Froch then beat Johnson who is an older wiser nastier poorer version of Ward . To be honest i think Johnson would have taken Ward to hell and back although Ward would have got the decision .
    I cant see why people think Ward is the favourite for this > Froch has fought a much higher calibre of opposition
