Just my 2 cents/gut feeling. But then again there’s a reason I don’t gamble anymore! I’m the type of guy to stick a tenner on Bellew being a good bloke at 100-1

I don't like backing favourites either.
Sooner have a small bet on big odds for fun than stick a wedge on a favourite

Backed against Fabio Wardley in his last three fights, and he’s made me eat it every time – two huge KOs, and then taking Parker’s best before stopping him. Proper proved me wrong and showed warrior code against Joey12.

If Dubois loses here, I honestly think it’s curtains for him at the top level, but I’m going against the tide again and backing Daniel to outbox Wardley and then take him out late. Really good matchup for both lads, and Wardley being a slight favourite with the bookies feels about right.

The only other fighter I backed three times in a row and got wrong was Manny on that De La Hoya–Hatton–Cotto run. Never bet against him after that, and I won’t be gambling on this fight either.

I never thought Wardley was anything better than British level but he has well surpassed my expectations.
He might not be the best boxer in the world but will take some beating when it comes to heart.
He's one of, if not my favourite boxer at the moment

Yes, likewise. He seems like a decent lad too, he gets the balance right between promoting a fight and not being an arse. And he's had a day job!

You do worry for him later in life with the amount he sucks up before a KO - he barely made it through the first Clarke fight on his feet - so hopefully this run ends positively soon and he can bank his money.
