    Nice work Rummy.

My estimation of Huni also went up after this fight. I fully expected him to be ahead on the score cards in this fight when it ended but didn't think he would so dominant. He's a fun fighter to watch, partly because he does have to risk that chin with his style by being the one that always comes forward as he's really only effective in that mid to close range. Which is why I always thought Wardley would catch him at some point.

I give credit to Wardley too, for all his limitations his power is legit. He's a fighter you can out box all night long but he could end it at any time like we saw with Huni. Same with the Clarke fights, Clarke gave him all he could handle first time but 2nd time he landed early and Clarke never got a chance to get going. I guess this makes Wardley exciting to watch, he could fight the same guy 3 times and you'd get a different result each time because he can be out boxed but then also end it at any point.

I'll give this a watch soon, but here are my thoughts of the fight:

Wardley got exposed for what he is. A mediocre boxer with a bit of pop.

The referee stopped the fight prematurely instead of giving Huni the benefit of the doubt.

Huni did excellently, much better than I expected, and I felt that had the ref allowed the action to continue he would have won.

Yeah truly gutted for huni He dominated most of the fight. Throughout the fight i kept thinking to myself dont play with your food man and then boom. Had huni more power this would have been over in 7 rounds to be honest. He raised his level and he will be back. Impressed me more then the knockout itself

Man, I really felt sad for Huni, he lost in a strange and unexpected way, I see him as the future of boxing, a great athlete and guy, I wish him only the best...

I think the referee could/should have continued the fight. But it’s also understandable he waved it off considering what Wardley did to Clark last fight and Huni was hurt. Wardley build a reputation for himself.

I did think that Wardley’s reaction to some of the punches he received from Huni were not that good. Like he froze up or became avoidant at times.

Not a bad fight at all though. They got to make more fights like this between guys that are about to break into the Top 10.

I think I got Wardley at #10 now after this fight.

Shame for Huni, he is all fast twitch muscle for speed and no power with pillow fists. If the dude just had 10 percent more power he would be a wrecking ball.

Dubois lost to Joyce as well when they were both up and coming and see where Dubois is at now. This doesn’t have to be the end for Huni.
