    Ward could beat Froch with a hand behind his back, he proved that Froch is nowhere near his level and short of elite. It was a near shutout with not even one moment of danger for Ward.

    You're clearly just an ignorant douche bag. He said he broke it in the middle of the fight, not in training or whatever. He said it on twitter, don't know where that is, but he did.
