Has anyone ever had this kind of resume after 26 fights. Hes beatens Kessler, Abraham,Froch and Dawson all in a couple of years.
Oscar De La Hoya dont know if its better but its close: In his first 26 fights: Beat Whitaker,Camacho,Genaro Hernandez,Miguel Angel Gonzalez,JCC Sr,Leija,Rafael Ruelas,Jorge Paez,John John Molina,Troy Dorsey.
if you look at his resume.. it's solid but it's pack with european fighters in the level of hatton. solid wins but it's not ATG/HOF material due to the lack of competitionin the division. it's a pretty weak division IMO.
Europeans. Is that suppose to be a problem if they are not north-american? Vitaly Klitscho is Ukrainian. Calzaghe european. and so on.. Lacy on the other hand was American. As is Arreola.... great stuff huh? Either you are a troll, or you are senile thinking of the 70ties.
Seems like my impression that Ward will eventually surpass Joe C in less number of fights is not out of the question.
He asked who else had that type of resume so I answered. Peaz, Ruelas, Leija, Brehdal, Chavez, Whitaker, Hernandez, Camacho :hi:
He's resume is probably on a par with Calzaghe now. There's no doubt he'll be considered a far greater fighter by the time he hangs them up.
Honestly, it's better. There are only 2 names that stand out on "G" Calzaghe's resume, B-Hop and Kessler. One could say Eubank's too, actually, but Eubank was past it significantly IMO, B-Hop was still great, not prime, but still very good, it's a great victory considering what B-Hop did after it. Froch and Ward are the "G's' of this generation. I think the only people to challenge them are the Direll brothers at this point.
