Sure but Ward was still the smaller man and a career SMW. Had his first ten or so professional bouts at MW. Amateurs is a totally different game.

other people have the opinion that moving up for the unified champ is more than beating a single title champ in your division. Their opinion hasnt changed too.

 

Ward was not a smaller man, you're dumb as hell.

 

He had fights at 160 in his youth. Ward was never a light heavy. He was always a natural super middle.

 

I believe Wards time away from boxing and his lack of activity points to certain special stuff being put into him....just my opinion mind.
