Yep, stretches is probably most important, then pretty much anything you like that will get your heart rate up, jogging, skipping or whatever.
My warmup was always 10 mins on the tread to get my body warmed up alittle and break a sweat and stretch real good. Simple but effective.
Why on earth do Boxers do sill things before practising their skills? Do all that last. Warm up with shadow-boxing and light bag work.
