Warm ups/bodyweight excercises

    Before Practice I am going to this. What other bodywieght excercises are there? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    Run 1 mile


    warm up x 2

    Squats 25
    Burpees 20
    push ups 30

    i just stretch and do some light skipping or running on the treadmill to warm up.

    Yep, stretches is probably most important, then pretty much anything you like that will get your heart rate up, jogging, skipping or whatever.

    My warmup was always 10 mins on the tread to get my body warmed up alittle and break a sweat and stretch real good. Simple but effective.

    I usually stretch then go from there to shadow boxing

    Why on earth do Boxers do sill things before practising their skills? Do all that last.

    Warm up with shadow-boxing and light bag work.
