Criteria include level of opposition, dominance in fight (e.g., shut out, KO) and significance of win (linear title, etc.).

Criteria include dominance in fight. Floyd was not as dominating than in his fight with Mosley and Hatton which I ranked higher.

I like the list! I think Pac-Cotto is underrated by most but I think that's arguably Pac's best W...of course Pac-MAB gets the 1 spot!

    Nice list overall.

Pacquiao's wins over Barrera and Cotto really do blast away anything Mayweather has on his record. Sounds silly when you consider the fact that Mayweather would beat Pacquiao.

I think Pac's win over Oscar and his win over Hatton are underrated. Yea Oscar was drained but Pac was moving up two weightclasses people need to remember that.

    That was a masterpiece.

And the Hatton fight was Pac's first fight ever at that weight class

Racman and mayweather are two different style fighters. You guys say that mayweather wins were not as dominant why, b/c he gets decisions while pac gets ko's. Well, pac also gets hit a lot more than mayweather does and he's fighting over the hill competition and since boxing is to hit and not to be hit, in my book mayweather's wins are more impressive seeng that he does not fight at catchweights.
