Except the fact that verbal offer is legaly binding in NY where both sides where at that moment.

Well precisely, so verbal offers are effectively pointless.

 

Fish eyes is a massive bell end and if the tables were turned he'd be doing exactly the same thing as fat poof Hearn.

That being said, he's spot on here. Haymon is legit, the offer is legit, Hearn just worried about his cut and his grip on AJ.

 

He has a point though imo. There was an audience with AJ recently. Guess who was on stage front and centre?

 

This. Hearn knows how green Joshua is and that Wilder would badly expose Joshua before knocking him out.

Takam made Joshua look like a novice while Povetkin and Parker toyed with Takam. Parker also was constantly being pulled off of Joshua in the early and mid rounds.

Hearn most likely wants to get at least another 2-3 years out of Joshua before risking his meal ticket.

I get that, but even then you’d expect some truth mixed in there.

I might have missed some crucial piece of information cuz all Ive seen is Hearn saying “yes, lets meet” on numerrous occasions and getting stonewalled.

I wouldnt be surprised if all of this was an act and real negotiations have been happening all along but some of the comments really make me wonder what world their authors are living in.
