Cotto is too bigger step for Brook. And Bundrage layed out Spinks who is limited but has been with Steward for past few years no need for that fight. And Jones is huge compared to Brook.

 

I do remember there being a buzz of Warren being offered Bundrage for Brook at some point

Brook has been mollycoddled but there does need to be a couple of fights where the quality of oppoment bridges from what he's been fighting to likes of these guys.
