Warren comments on Setanta and Haye

Quite restrained by Warrens standards.

Interestingly, Haye's sparring partner David Price was quoted as saying: "I'll be honest, I came home on Monday, but the last time I saw David he was in great shape, he was fine, and he was raring to go.!!

****!! I didn't know David's purse was coming just from Setanta....

Its no secret

Setanta were paying Haye his purse

Wladmiir was getting all the money from German and US TV and all the rights

If Wlad had not insisted on having everything his own way (finicially) this fight might still go ahead

Of all the other TV money coming in Wlad was getting the 100% share of it

Haye got nothing

Haye agreed because Setanta were still going to cough up his biggest ever purse

And if he did beat Wlad - he would be in line for a much better deal in a rematch

 

That passed me by Flint so in that case the writings on the wall about David pulling out really.....

I mean who did Wlad think was going to pay Haye if Setanta folds?

 

In that BBC interview someone posted

Haye denied it was anything to do with Setanta

And just claimed his back suddenly went

But people commented they thought he was bullshitting

 

would people please stop starting treads on warrens comments like he's some sort of credible authority in the sport

 

he is Britains biggest promoter though

so when Warren speaks - it might have signifcance of British Boxing

 

Everyone is a while it might. 99% of the it's allegedly Frank and his alleged gingers pubes talking shite.

Also look at the paper he writes for. Most British boxing fans will be clued up anyway before Fwanks alleged articles and most simply ignore them. I never read a Fwank article even when the links are posted here. Everyone know what he's going to say, he'd save any big relevant "news" for a televised press conference.
