Just seen this article and theres no slagging at all. He's just being realistic about Ricky's chances. Just because he ain't talking like the average boxing/footie fan doesn't mean he's slagging him off. He did say he hopes Ricky wins.
He's a bitter man, had a few cracks at Hatton on the weekend - all Hatton achieved in Vegas was getting battered.
No lies there then Hatton was battered in Vegas , but if he had stayed with FW the beating would never have occured as he would have dropped the title he won against Kostya and would have been defending the WBU belt against no-marks. He is a bitter man who will stab you in the back if you leave him unless you shoot him first.
Terry Marsh tried that and didn't finish the job. They should lock him up for failing to do so. I have heard the joke but cannot quite remember it!
calzaghe is lucky floyd ain't a super middle/light heavy. calzaghe would have been given a similar beating on saturday if he was. :yep
Warren is *****. Not only does he continue to criticise Hatton, but he also does the same with Tyson. I wonder why? Maybe it's because Tyson got so angry with Frank one day, that he tried to throw him out of the seventh floor window of the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane? Or maybe it could have something to do with fact that Tyson gave Warren a slap to put him in his place. Warren showed up at TysON-Saverese fight with a bloodshot eye. Clearly, something the misses didn't do! Warren is just a bitter man. He thinks he's the man in boxing, but Don King proved to Frank long ago that he definately not the man. Warren tried to sue King, King counter-sued & won. Warren nearly went bankrupt. Ha, Ha, Ha! Warren talks too much!
Yeah can you imagine.... He'd probably also say.... "I'm so glad two of the judges didn't score for ring generalship- or Calzaghe would have lost." "He's nowhere near as good as his 44-0 record implies". "he's inferior to Hatton in almost every way and has benefitted from a uncompetitive division and doesn't punch correctly". "He sells his tickets at mark up prices to his fans". "Calzaghe-Hopkins apart from the 'bumming' incident and knockdown was duller then Winky Wright on the defensive". That would be just horrible.
I also offered him a career high pay day to fight Carl Froch, but admitted he wasn't confident he had the tools to win. He has also been ducking Clinton Woods and Glenn Catley
