It is all about legacy for Joe now.
Forget the ticket sales at the Millenium stadium.
It would be superb for him to cement his legacy by beating the 175 ring champ in the US.
He has been talking about fighting over here for years.
He can batter Hopkins and it will have so much more credence if it happens in America.

Thats not true if it was about legacy he would not be chasing a 43 year old fighter. Because if he beats him, well he is suppost to, but if he looses to hopkins he really has no legacy. So Joe fans you better think about what your wishing for because if hopkins embarases him like he did tarver then what will you say then?

He won't lose to Hopkins, so as I said...beating him in the US would give the victory more credence.
Hopkins isn't spent either, take age out of this equation.
Calzaghe gave away 7 years to Kessler and was supposed to be showing signs of ageing against Bika and Manfredo

Also, since Hopkins ducked Joe in
2003, he may just do so again:-(

Either way I hope the fight comes off.
