More likely though a keep busy fight for Burns. Either way a terrific night in prospect especially with Simpson v Smith, Limond returning, hopefully 'Badger' Hughes on too.
The Kelvin Hall will be bouncing.

 

its about time they put on a gd show up scotland atmosphere is always gd up there a went the gomez burns fight although it was a decent night the venue was a bit poor am not sure of many gd venues in scotland that is up there with the MEN arena or the echo in liverpool

Aye that was Bellahouston Leisure Centre I think. If Burns and Simpson keep winning and get bigger and bigger fights then why not Hampden. I'm not saying for definite you'd sell 50,000 tickets but if they get on a roll and get some big fish us Scots would turn out in force no doubt.

 

All it takes is for Burns to win this world title and the big nights will return.
With some shrewd matchmaking and keeping Simpson on the card then big, big nights will return.
'Badger' Hughes will be fighting for a British title before long too. Somewhere between bantam and feather. There is potential for some huge nights up here.

ye it was bellahouston that would of been the biggest night collins fightin at celtic park when i stayed in glasgow there was never any boxing shows on not like tha northwest anyways...hapden would be ideal they could do wat they did at upton park the other week and use half the pitch am sure it would sell or even a smaller football club but a wouldnt recommend an outside venue in scotland not with your weather
