they won't it's a perfect opportunity for them to gain subscribers(just like Hatton v Castillo) .

I don't think Setanta have Hatton anymore , he's a free agent and unless he signs with Fight Academy again there is no guarentee that's where his fights will be shown .

Warren needs a mainstream network with cash. And Setanta were always going to invest heavily. Those lucky enough to be able to see the Hatton-Castillo build up will have noted Barry McGuigan, and several ex-Sky (and ITV) employees in the studio.
Sky are still bringing us events, and will continue to do so. ITV simply can't stump up the money to warrant Sports Network interest.
When Warren moved back to ITV we were promised 22 live Saturday night events per year. They've not even gotten close to that. Frankly, it has been awful apart from Calzaghe. Hatton will always favour the PPV channels 'cos he wants money. He split with Warren because Sky (through Hobson) would offer him personally more money as a PPV fighter. I don't blame him. (Queue the dangerous sport diatribe and short shelf life args)
Sky still offer the best coverage of the National grid of fighters. Johanesson tonight, which is great, but also, only Sky can offer us the likes of Hopkins, Margarito, Judah, Mayweather, etc.
ITV can't compete. They've no infratructure for PPV TV and will suffer. Shame, but true (I grew up on ITV boxing!)
With Setanta, its only a matter of time before they get more mainstream. And our national bouts will get good coverage if Warren is involved there.
Bring it all on, and lets see what transpires... :)
