If Ricky wins, what will Warren say to down-play a victory over Mayweather? Wonder if he will say Calzaghe's win over Kessler was better or more significent!

I bet he won't give Ricky the praise or credot he would rightly deserve for beating Mayweather. If Ricky loses, I bet Warren will not resist having a little dig at Ricky in some comment or another.

Warren claims he spoke to Ricky recently for the first time in two years. Put it this way, it will be Warren trying to build bridges to Ricky, not the other way around.

If Ricky were to never work with Warren again, it would be Frank's loss, not Ricky's!

I agree he does overprotect a lot of his fighters at times though too.

i was tempted to go and see hatton fight when he took on ray oliveira back in december 2004.

but the thought of lining warren's pockets put me off the idea.

 

This article like many articles by Frank Is being a little misunderstood though.

Just because he's being realistic about Hatton's chances some think he Is not hoping he wins despite saying he hopes Ricky wins In the article.

Hatton's only loyal to who pays the most too, he left Hobson for this fight so Warren's not the only so called snake.

Hatton walked away from Frank because of money claims and pretended In his book like he was underpaid.
