Setanta have issued a High Court writ for tens of millions of pounds claiming that Warren's Sports Network business have "wrongfully repudiated" their contract with the broadcaster. The Irish-based company confirmed in April that they had signed an exclusive deal with Warren to show his stable of boxers, including Joe Calzaghe, and also believed that Amir Khan would move to the channel in July once his contract with ITV ended. However, last month Sky Sports announced a deal with Frank Warren/Sports Network Europe to show the fights of Amir Khan, who makes his Sky pay-per-view bow tonight against Breidis Prescott. A spokesman for Sports Network claimed that Setanta had been in "material breach" of their agreement and that it had been "terminated". He added: "The Setanta proceedings will be strenuously opposed." Warren is believed to have become upset with Setanta after they signed a multi-fight deal with rival David Haye's Haymaker Promotions in May and reached an agreement with Calzaghe to show his Nov 8 fight against Roy Jones Jnr following the Welshman's split with Sports Network

I did wonder this too.. This will be VERY interesting. Its amazing to think that Frank is seemingly always involved in some form of litigation for or against. He recently won his case against the writers of Hattons biography.
