Why move guys like Lerrone Richards slowly? He is never going to be a star, lets see if he sinks or swims. I see a lot of people on twitter/youtube who think he's the real deal lol, I don't know how he doesn't have a single area level win lol I actually can't wait to see him get battered tbh Anthony Yarde has the it factor so I can see why he is moving at a slower pacde
Dubois has only had three fights in 2018. If he's going to be matched easy given his age surely it would be better to have him fighting more often? I know injuries/illness happen but he started the year 6-0. Joshua had seven fights in a year from the point that he had that record and that included a near five month layoff with an injury.
I feel warren has better technical boxers more likely to see 12 rounds on his shows Hearn has “fan friendly fighters” or fighters for the casuals as they are often called I would rather watch a match room show than a by show i feel sky build the show better
Although Franks been in the game a long time don’t think he has adapted to the social media culture. I think matchroom will take him apart over time. I would like to see a young upcoming promoter with franks stable and TV deal. Or if I was frank I would maybe bring someone in like David Haye to sell the show to casuals.
No matter how you look at it Hearn is a bellend. He just pimped out Rocky Fielding and took personally another L, Hearn been taking L's since Wilder vs Fury 1. The guy is full of lies, constantly keeps bullshi*ti*g 24/7. As for Frank Warren - Wilder vs Fury 1 is still being talked about, still trending on social media - Fury is a walking talking salesman, you can't buy that. Hearn will crap himself if Wilder vs Fury 2 does over 1 million (US) PPV buys. Ask yourself who's in control now? & Tyson Fury is a marketing genius. It was an extremely wise move to attend Sports Personality OF The Year Awards last night (Publicity) Fury dissed Joshua by not mentioning his name (lol) Oh yeah, Canelo vs Billy Joe Saunders would be mouth watering on ShowTime PPV.
Hearn's prospects are all built up to be world beaters and non ever actually achieve that status (maybe Joshua aside). Once they step up to some real opposition, they fail; Brook got smashed by GGG and Spence. Bellew smashed by Usyk. Ritson outclassed by a journeyman. Fielding KOd by Canelo. Luke Campbell schooled by Mendy at Wembley. Eggington by a journeyman. I think Connor Benn, Lawrence Okolie and Joshua Buatsi are the next to get badly exposed, imo. All of them built up by the Sky propaganda machine (Adam Smith, Johnny Nelson, Dave Coldwell et al). The juries still out on Warren, let's see how the likes of Yarde, Gorman and Dubois develop over these next few years.
At least hearns fighters are stepping up Cheeseman fought Carson Jones and won the British title Bellotti fighting for the British title this weekend Who’s yarde fought this year??? Cordina looks excellent! Not sure about Kelly now as the cancellation seemed very fishy
But surely you can also say that Bellew and Brook were legitimate world title winners? Yes they lost, but they lost at absolute elite level. Also, not sure why this is a Hearn specific thing or indeed not an obviously common practice. Loads of domestic fighters (Haye, Crolla, Selby, Fury) lost early fights which were proven in the long run to be upsets before they went on to world level. Just because you lose against first ballot hall of fame types doesn't mean you're a flash in the pan. Speaking of which, it may be worth your while to check out the (very) early professional careers of cast-iron hall of fame legends Bernard Hopkins and Juan Manual Marquez...
Why does Lennox think that when him v Bowe would have been without question a best v best fight it didn't happen?
That fight didn’t happen because Bowe out and out ran like a coward from a fight with Lewis! How you can level any blame at Lewis for that fight never happening is beyond reason.
yeh i think in the last couple of months he has upped his game in social media or someone else has. Needs to alot more thou
