Warrens card has turned to poo?

Warren will lose a lot of money on this card that's for sure!

 

Cleverly's opponent is better than the original IMO.

 

The Liverpool card hasn't even changed that much.

Frankie Gavin fight is off but has been replaced by a really tough fight for Larry Olubamiwo.

Nathan Cleverley is now fighting a decent opponent and someone ranked inside the top 20 in the world.

Brook's fight with Kotey isn't much but it wasn't a great fight against Clark before anyway.

And Del was gonna get pummelled by Wlad in Germany.

 

Its a bit shite yeah but wouldnt say its turned to poo, it wasnt great to begin with.

 

Nah its a good card, a very good card. Not PPV in my opinion but great value if you intend attending.

Selkirk-O'Meara alone would be enough to headline a £30 a head small hall show and that fight hasnt even been mentioned. That is indicative of the value that the card provides

When this show was first announced the card sounded amazing. Cleverly was rumoured to be fighting Braehmer, Brooks vs Mike Jones etc. It's turned to **** for a PPV card.

 

to be fair Amir Khan been on ppv for a while just dont see why the warren part of it is on ppv when it just a e regular fight ie not a World title fight

 

I'm gonna be perfectly honest and say DeGale v Smith is far from intriguing imo. De Gale will beat him with ease.

 

It really hasn't changed a lot so it hasn't turned to anything. The only real blow was Chisora/Wlad being called off, that was irreplaceable, but that was't on Frank's card of course.

Cleverly's opponent is as good if not better, Lakatos was nothing much himself.

Aren't I right in thinking Brook is replacing Gavin live on TV? Or is it Larry replacing that fight? Either way, who gives a ****, Gavin's mismatch against Harrison that would have been over in 3 rounds doesn't make a huge impact. It hardly registers really, whichever it was replaced by they'll provide similar entertainment.

The Liverpool bill was fairly weak to begin with. It was quantity over quality, it was Chisora/Wlad that really hit the overall PPV.

Gavin wasn't going to be shown live but I suspect Kell Brook will now be shown live in place of Klitschko

I know the card isn't quite as hoped but it is still at least one of the deepest PPVs Sky has ever done

 

The FranK Warren show might as well be a regular sky sports friday fightnight.
