The fight on Sky was a Kell Brook event. Skid was on there to pad it out along with the likes of Dave Allen. He was a Hearn fighter who was exclusive with Sky so where else is Hearn going to put him on? He has a contract with Hearn to box, plus it was an eliminator. It’s not like he was headlining.
DAZN are now exclusive with Hearn and he is gagging to put any boxing on (this is being shown by their crappy schedule) so obviously he is going to plug a world title fight, vacant or not.

Who knows Its in a ring on the night when it matters. He fights at home cause that makes the promoters the most money. He sells tickets. Thats why hearn and Warren loved him. His boxed on the road b4. Yes at a lower level but his done it when other bigger names at the time turned down the fights.
