With rumours that Frank is going to link up with Bob and Top Rank in the UK next year, wouldn't be surprised if Warrington v Stevenson happens at ER in May, should Stevenson win the IBF

If you don’t fancy fighting someone then you offer them peanuts to fight knowing that the other fighter will turn it down . Then you say well we offered him the fight. Santa Cruz doesn’t want the fight as it’s too risky with little rewards against a fighter who Is virtually unheard of in the states and who would probably beat him .

 

Frank and Arum, oh great. As if boxing wasn't already stagnating with slow good matchups and proposed matches that never come off.

Warrington going down that well-worn path of an excellent win followed by deliberate mediocre opponents aka the thing that's slowly but surely killing off interest in boxing here.
