Not a fraud but most polish fans and klitlickers overrate him, he didn't charge forward in like a warrior against Vitali, in fact he was quite scared and was going back, and Klitlickers overrate him to make Vitali's victory against Adamek seem better than it really is.

He was a good light-heavy, a quality cruiser but he wont ever be a genuine heavy.

His greatest strength at 175 & 200 was his durability & punch resistance, at heavy this is his greatest weakness.

He isnt fast enough at heavy, he doesnt carry any power up with him & should either retire or get back down to cruiser, where there is plently of competition & he could be world champion again.

Put Adamek in with any of Povetkin, Huck, Chagaev, Peter, Chambers, Dimitrenko, Thompson, Pulev, Chisora, Solis, Wach, Boytsov, Mitchell, Liakhovich and Haye and no doubt all of those would be great fights to watch where Adamek would be the favourite to beat the vast majority of those. While at CW the only worth while fights for him would be Lebedev and Hernadez.

I would like to see Adamek make his comeback against Sosnowski which would be a big safe fight for him that would likely sell well in Poland too.

    Adamek is no HW

yet he got to the no 1 HW slot

fact is that klitschkos are too skilled for their opponents not just a size issue

adamek and haye were the best of the HWs and they were originally smaller

at the time he fought Vitali he was about 3 years and change removed from fighting 6 foot 2 slim 175 pound chad dawson....so how does anyone go in that short time to fighting a 6 foot 8 solid 245 pound giant who really hasnt lost many rounds in the last 10 years...he stood no chance the day he turned heavyweight, and even his biggest supporters finally got it...halfway into round 1.

The Sosnowski fight makes sense but he wont ever beat a Klitschko & I think Povetkin would knock him out as well.

He won't ever be a champion at heavy, he might get a few decent paydays but I dont think against any of the opponents you mentioned we would see a great fight.

CW was made for guys like Adamek, I'd much rather see him fight someone like Lebedev or Wlodarczyk, or a rematch with Cunningham.

Yeah sure, if arreola was 20 lbs lighter, way faster and had 2x more skills than he really has then he would have beaten adamek. Still arreola was considered top 10 HW at the time, who lost only to vitali. Also I see a lot of people seem to forget how most of ESB members were saying adamek's gonna get knocked the **** out by arreola, that areola is the real HW with great power and when he will land on adamek it gonna be lights out. Then adamek gave him real boxing lesson. Now they come out with that "if arreola was 100 lbs lighter he would've won that fight" lol.

If not for K2 it wouldn't surprise me if he was unified champ.

no, that's David Haye, Arreola would dismantle the best guy Haye ever beat at heavyweight, a shot John Ruiz

there's no money at cruiser, that's why Haye/Mormeck/Adamek/Huck have moved up

Vitali carries lots of guys. Adamek deserves credit for beating Arreola; that's a very serious (world class) win at heavyweight. Adamek knows his limitations (size) and he compensates beautifully with lots of motoring and speedy boxing manuevers. He's very legitimate, in my opinion. Most heavies cannot lay a glove on him.

Adamek is nowhere near a fraud. Hes 2 weight world champ. And could easily pick up a belt if the Klits retire.

Im a brit and i think Haye is more of a fraud. Adamek has had a decent career. He lost to VK, nothing to ashamed of. Well see how he reacts from that defeat before we can judge him
