If he was guilty of loading his gloves he would have been banned for life like Resto. The casc is just incompetent and looked like fools because of Naz making a ruckus. They felt they had to do something since they were basically called out in public. The most interesting thing is how many people sided with a particular fighter who said the athletic commissions were incompetent. Many of those same people completely ignored that when the csac decided to suspend Margarito for one year. Many people hated Margarito before he fought Cotto and really had no choice but to respect him after he beat Cotto. But once this came out, they saw the opportunity to bash him again and sided with the commission they believe is incompetent. The commission did show their ass and made themselves look like fools.

 

Margarito is Guilty! He should have been banned for life and not rewarded with a big fight against paquiao! After the Mosley fight his power disappeared...

I don't know exactly what he had for the Mosley fight. But why wasn't he jailed? If really had something dangerous in his gloves, even if he didn't get to use it, he should have been jailed and never allowed to box again. Why did that not happen?

 

What Resto did was worse. They also removed padding. He was also got caught after the fight after using the tainted gloves. Margocheato did not have the opportunity to use the plaster Paris gloves.
