    No his specialty is BJJ, but he does that a lot. In his fight against Fedor, thats all he did.

    Yes, Arona has a wrestling background. I don't remember the specifics - but it's what made him so effective at abu dhabi.

    Well Hendo gets taken down quite more often then he should because hes always so wild and offbalance much like in this video. The best TD was that beautiful throw Hendo hit at 1:06.

    No, he has trained with Gholar, probably the best mma specific wrestling coach in the world though. Gholar won 2 US Greco Championships and placed 6th in Worlds in Greco. He used to work extensively with BTT.

    He is like GSP.
