Was at the Pacquiao Rios fight in Macau...first time at a big fight...it was awesome...got to shake hands with Mikey Garcia, Larry Merchant and Miguel Cotto.

So get this...i am at the queue in Starbucks at The Venetian and there in the queue in front of me in his workout gear like any other guy coming back from the gym was Miguel Cotto lining up for his latte like everyone else!! Bizarre...he was pretty solemn but was happy to shake my hand and i said thanks for all the great times.

I was at breakfast and saw a lot of "fight characters" and one of them was Tor Hamer...i didnt actually know he was fighting that day and didnt know who it was but he looked lie a fighter. It was only when he got in the ring that I recognised him from breakfast not 2 hours earlier!! Not surprised he quit...seemed weird to be eating that close to the fight and maybe he has wasnt in it (actually it obviously wasnt cos he quite on his stool).

THE BEST part of the whole thing was that I had $500 tickets that were actually way back in the bleachers that I was very dissappointed about...anyway I watched the entire card and was there when the arena was filling up...i thought I would sit ringside while no one much was there and then move later when the place started filling out...well low and behold every seat around me filled up APART from mine...no one asked me to move or ever asked for my ticket so I just stayed in that ring side seat the whole time...those seats were $1,500 a pop and were in an awesome spot and completely unobscured and close up view!! It really made the whole thing a completely different experience.

Thanks for the comments..just to be clear, I am talking about Ringside..NOT Press Section..there was a security guard on the press section but I kid you not I am 99% certain I could put a photcopy of the fight poster in a small neck lanyard and walked into the Press Section..truly. There were no scanners or anything and no one checking tickets at all.

I cant post a picture seriously..this wont let me add attachments. But I would GENUINELY love to as i got some good pics.

Any idea why i cant post pics? My profile says "you may not post attachments"

    Good for you man!

Just got to ask this as I've seen Manny in person a couple of times (perks of being in the same city with him like 50% of the time), played ball with him even, but I never actually have seen him fight as a WW.
How quick was he really in his feet and hands?
