Was Bernard Hopkins ever in a war?

    His fight against Morrade Hakkar was a war : the Battle of France in 1940.

    Went in there and beat the living daylights out of Trinidad. The only reason it's not considered a war is because it was one-sided.

    This thread is proof that even fighters who were notorious for being boring can be in exciting fights from time to time. People seem to forget that Hopkins was a much different, more aggressive fighter in his physical prime. Hopkins back then used to fight with more energy and threw more punches. Still dirty at times but already showed his great boxing skills.
