    Wrong place, Wrong time.

Did you see Froch clenching his gumshield like a madman? Standing there in Bute's face taking powerful counters and not even flinching (one point even laughing at Bute's famed bodyshot)?

Did you see the way Froch walked up to a passive Bute on the ropes, hands down at his sides, looking like a street thug about to give some nerd a good hiding?

Did you see the way Froch had the speed/anticipation to counter any aggressive action Bute attempted?

Watching the fight a few times since ... Bute looks too afraid to even throw his jab incase he got rocked by a counter.

All in all, Bute just got totally mind****ed in the ring and couldn't adapt to the moment.

    ----

Bute deserves respect though for even trying to fight Froch in England, IMO. Froch puts up a tough fight wherever he goes, the chances of him coming out to his hometown, at a sold-out arena, and not having real bad intentions for Bute were slim and none. Announcing at the end of the fight if he'd lost the fight he was retiring. Just way too many motivations for Froch not to lose. **** or bust time. Bute even admitted he spent too much time mixing it with Froch.

A lot of supposedly better boxers/men than Bute haven't EVER had the guts to fight in UK, or anywhere else - let's face it - the fans in England are basically ****ing mental at times. I doubt they've ever chanted that loudly in Montreal.

I would be pretty surprised if that rematch ever even actually happens, at least any time soon.

In all likelihood Froch stops him much sooner in a return bout.

    Froch needs to rematch Kessler!

And Ward needs to fight Dawson at a full 175 now.

If Pascal beats Cloud, I wouldn't mind seeing Pascal-Cobra rematch, which is something they've both always said they wanted.

I think it was a bit arrogant or stupid (perhaps a bit of both) of Bute, when he invited Froch to come, look at 11:42 and then the rest is history
