I agree with your RJJ comment mate to certain extent , Roy was a fantastic fighter in his day and it's a right shame to see him getting sparked and losing on a regular basis these days but a bout with him v Joe when Roy was in his pomp would have meant Joe would have still been a raw quarter holder of the fragmented 168lb division so it would have been a massive ask for Joe to have gotten in with that sort of class back then , I guess as the two of them sorted their fight out via mobile telephone minus any promoter was the best outcome for the pair of em , despite the ott show boating by Joe it turned out well for all involved ,

Calzaghe a great warrior, would have possibly stollen 2 rounds against prime jones. Can see him getting dropped 3-4 times however. Something like 118-104 without question

Your ignorance of boxing is alarming.jones even said in an interview he always feared jc a little and that jc would have won no matter when the fight took place

really? i posted an interview where it seems joe says he fears roy....

joes slaps way faster then roy though ill give him that, the speed of joes volume slapping was remarkable pity they weren't that accurate.

Jc slaughtered jones in jones's own weight division in only his second fight at the weight.jc was unbeaten and it will never be known if his style was actually beatable,if he was american he would be top 10 atg
