    I think the highest he was ranked by Ring was 3rd.

    He was RING P4P #2 for a period of time, then they changed thier mind and switched him (after Jones Jr?) with JMM.

    The hioghest Calzaghe was rated by Ring magazine was number 2. I personally thought Joe was the best P4P fighter until Pacquiao beat De la Hoya. I still think he was during that period personally.

    I think if Joe fought Pavlik at the time when he fought Jones he would of cemented his place as the top of the P4P tree. He flopped in that regard, Jones Jr. was a shell of himself when Calzaghe beat him.... so by the time Manny beat Oscar it was too late.
