you really thought the manfredo stoppage was bs?

there was no way manfredo was gunna do anything to joe, from the refs view he looked hurt and took him out , manfredo wasnt even fighting back thts why the fight was called off

Yes was a bad stppage, the Manfredo one was bad as well.

Absolutely agree with. Great performance from Joe and Sheika got everything he looked for with his machismo and trash-talking approach. Actually, I feel that the straight left was killing him and when he came out for the fifth to bust Calzaghe on the ropes, there were pretty good defensive moves from Joey. Maybe Genaro Rodriguez was a little bit premature but it goes down as one of the best performances from the Welshman.

Of course, I don't wish for a young man to get hurt no matter what he says.

 

yes they were and it's a shame the bad officiating didn't call it. The UK is as bad as Germany for supplying punk ass officials who allow bums to accumulate huge records.

I'm the guy that says (and knows) that Calzaghe is a champion of bums, and slaps with 40-50% of his punches. But he did stay in an UK Holiday Inn.

 

Sheika was understandable...Manfredo was pure bullocks!!
