Prior to beating Zab, Baldo had 9 losses and his only noteworthy win came over a DQ win over Clottey who was up on all the judges scorecards until he was dq'd for headbutts. He beats Zab and aquires the lineal ww title, then goes on to lose 4 of his next 8 fights.

So for a C-level journeyman, was he the worst fighter to ever hold a Lineal Title?

He beat and KO'd a pre prison Tyson. That alone puts him above anything Baldomir has ever done.

Spinks was worse, considering that Ali had parkinsons when Spinks won and Spinks would have about 0 percent chance to win against a younger Ali and even lost the rematch.

Zab was in his 20s and Baldo would have beat him in a rematch, zab was a legit linear champion and zab didnt have a nuerological disorder which affects reaction time, balance ect when he lost his belt.

I dont agree with Baldo beating Zab in a rematch. I believe that Zab just overlooked Baldo and was just focusing on his upcoming fight with Floyd. He thought Baldo would be a walk in the park, didnt train well, and got caught out there. Zab fights a smarter fight in the rematch and wins a UD.
