Never said he wasn't....but how many times has Jim Gray spoken down to, tried to belittle certain fighters? It just made me smile to see Toney kind of put him in his place.

Maybe, but if that's true, it doesn't add up to both Maidanas and the teams belief that they could shatter Mayweather with a knock out. According to Chino, he fights for glory.......

 

I seemed to have missed the Mayorga having class part of him.

 

Paulie is ok, but a little subjective. He will be let go in a few years when his popularity dims. The one thing about HBO is they get more stars as commentators. Paulie is a a good fighter, but nothing out of this world. but a decent commentator compared to many boxers.

Only thing is (watch the video again), to somebody watching out of the blue, Gray comes across as normal and polite and Toney comes across as a complete *******.

Chino could have put him in his place last night by telling him to fu*ck off when he tried to grab the cookie wrapper. That would have been sweet.

 

I remember when Grey was very rude to Tszyu, Kostyz Tszyu told Jim Gray, "You are rude."
