Good point. Can't hold and hit. Hattons whole career has seen him holding and hitting.

When two different, highly recognized/respected refs (Bayless, Cortez) against two totally different styled fighters (Pac, PBF) feel the need to constantly break fighters apart, common sense would tell someone what the one common denominator in these two fights: Hatton.

Only Mayweather haters and over-the-top Hatton fans try to blame that arse-whopping on Cortez or claim Hatton was 'allowed' to fight 'his fight'. Just because Dave Parris let that slide against Tszyu in the UK doesn't mean that grapple-and-rabbit-punch style is going to get a pass anywhere else.

Cortez was protecting his fighter Void. Cortez took a point away from Hatton for accidently hitting a ring rope!

It depends on your viewpoint. If you like mma, hatton-style, yes a case can be made for too much interference. If you like the sweet science, Cortez did his job.

That is the dumbest insult. It doesn't even make sense. In programming void is as important as any other type. And you say it over and over and over. Do you have a void in the creative part of your brain?
